Windshield rattle TSB NV00603

Does anybody have a copy of the TSB regarding the windshield rattle. The TSB number is NV00603 according to the NHTSA database

I would be interested too as I have been trying to figure out where that rattle is coming from. Glad to see the issue has maybe been addressed.

I''d like to see the TB too.
I've thought the moise was from the windshield wipers tapping the windshield from either pickup by wind or road bumps. Either way it's annoying as....

I too would be really interested to see the TSB, as my noise seems to be coming from right behind the instrument cluster, and has just started with the cold weather.
