Disclaimer: I guess in some weird way I am an automotive journalist now. I started out volunteering for my friend and then helped with reviews. Long story short... I got to drive the RC-F Fuji.
Pros: The V-8 was awesome, the chassis rigid (reminiscent of a C7), seemed like it lost some significant weight, and a whole lot of fun.
Cons: Dated interior (really wished it had a HUD), could have been a little faster to 60, I wish I could get a little more exhaust sound.
Sure they're only making 60 of them (at least that's what I was told) but if I had the money I wouldn't mind daily driving it... In fact I really want one. I didn't mind that this was a special release of a track version of the car. Hence it was missing cameras, memory seats, heated or ventilated seats (the Fuji retained the safety features however). I could do without the luxury items in the name of weight reduction and performance but a Heads Up Display would have been nice. The carbon hood, roof, front lip, side skirts, and rear spoiler looked amazing and that V8 gave it plenty of go. The Fuji was so well put together that driving 70mph felt painfully slow... Yep I wish I had one in my garage... permanently. I hope you guys get to drive it... hopefully some of us on this forum get to buy one and take it home.

Nice assessment of the RC F Fuji Speedway Edition!
thanks for the writeup op. refreshing to see one that doesn't focus so much on price, weight and 0-60 times. the car will attract certain buyers and for some, even at $ix figures, they may care less about those. car is plenty fast for me and coming from a 17 rcf it's lighter too with better gearing and brakes. and i have an eyegasm every time i look a it.

pic? you can't just leave us hanging
yeah like mentioned above, you should get one not too long after your dealer submits a form on their end. that was my experience.
Yeah, but I am baffled at this reviewers sheer level of ignorance. An RCF TE is 95% the same car yet he calls RCF the worst Lexus ever. That has to be a terrible joke
