Negotiating a 2021 RC F
Not sure how much wiggle room there would be for a 2021. When looking on Lexus's website I believe they were offering $3k in rebates on the RCF. When I bought my 2020 in November Lexus was offering $6k in rebates. Then the dealer also added in $6k. So I got a total of $12k off the MSRP price which I thought was decent.
I know when I was looking at the TE they said that the only discount they would do would be the Lexus rebate. Nothing else. But it appears that at least for the TE, they are sitting at dealers. I think people are realizing you can get a better vehicle for the $105k+ that Lexus is charging...
I'm not a dealer so I don't know how or when they normally allow for price cuts. I do know personally I would buy towards the end of the year like I did for my model. Only crappy part is I don't have Android Auto with my 2020 where as the 2021's do. But I don't think that would have been a $12k value for me. Plus when I was looking for a particular spec the dealer checked all the US, and couldn't find it. It would have to by built, and at that rate 4 month lead time plus no discounts...etc. What I didn't realize is how little production numbers the RCF has. I believe on the Facebook group 300 RCF's were sold in 2019. 293 were sold in 2020...etc. So it's one of those things that there is a specific person looking at the car and even then it's not a lot.

you would be better suited haggling the extra packages they try to sell you at the end. They may not budge on the price ("these are the no hassle discounted prices... blah blah blah") but you could squeeze out of them the tire/wheel package, extended maintenance program... ect.
