Default Invidia Axle Back Exhaust

Does anyone know if the Invidia axel back exhaust for the RC200/350 is the same as the system for the RCF? Obviously I know the midpipe is different but what about the mufflers and piping to the mufflers?

Invidia labels both systems as the Q300 and the visibly they look the same. I know Invidia doesn't sell just the axel back listed for the RCF, but they do sell it for the RC200/350.

Anyone have any insight on this?
Thanks

Considering they say RC350 is about 80% different car, I would guess it would not as they have different exhaust routing and layouts I assume.

Visibly the systems look the same after the midpipe. My only concern would be whether or not the baffles/design inside the actual muffler are different.

Might be similar shape, routing wise, but the muffler itself is going to be very different. The RCF has dual openings that are staggered. The 300/350 only have a single pipe on both sides of the bumper opening. Even other exhausts with dual pipes, they're laid out flat, not staggered like the F bumper is.

Well, hmm. Just looked them up, and the Invidia looks like they're sticking RCF style mufflers on the basic RC. Wouldn't be entirely surprised they are the same, and just didn't bother designing a mid-pipe for the 350.

Here's a link to the system they sell for the RC350, as you can see, it looks identical to the RCF system from what I can tell. It should also be noted it's called the Q300 which is the same as what it's called on the RCF

They probably are RCF axle back sections. They designed the RCF one initially, probably realized the back half fits, market it as an axle back, profit. The 350 and 200 have different mid pipe sections. So not much of a business case to design 3 different ones.

Edit: found an old thread where someone put stock RCF mufflers on his RC350. So leaning more toward them being the same part.

Why not get the full catback? You will much more happier with it.

They look very similar, but I am not sure they are the same.

Thats what I’m thinking...might as well free up some HP instead of just buying a noise can.

Invidia even as catback is not THAT much louder than stock. Around maybe, 20 - 25% louder I would guess. You do feel the additional power as the car revs to redline faster and is more eager, but the sound turns more melodic and musical rather than being just plain louder. I could imagine the axle back with the stock mid pipe would only a bit louder than stock.

In case this helps, this is video of the underbody

I don't think it is the same, it's better to buy the full RCF catback then buying a RC axle back and paying to modify it to fit.

We have both units in stock ready to ship for anyone interested.

Can you PM me a quote on a RCF Q300 catback with the titanium burned tips shipped to 70056?

I just purchased a 2015 RCF and I think this is the exhaust I’m going with. Sounds great, looks great, and it’s not $3K.
