Default Engine code confusion

Started my 2015 RC F yesterday morning and the SRS light came on and my climate control is running but can't be turned on or off. I took the car to a local shop and the following codes showed up but couldn't be cleared or corrected.

B14B2 - Lost communication with front panel LIN

U0613 - Lost communication with Nav control module

B1660 - Passenger airbag on/off indicator malfunction

B14B5 - Lost communication with front seat temp adjustment switch

any ideas what could be the cause or how to correct. I live no where close to a Lexus dealership.

Have you tried the simple reboot trick, which is disconnecting and reconnecting the battery's negative terminal, to see if the computer would reset itself?

Hey, that works with everything else in this world, may as well give it a try for sure! I Can honestly say, I've never seen a Trouble Code on this car, nor do I know where it shows up either!

Try not to create multiple threads on the same issue https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rc-...nctioning.html

However, disconnect the battery for 30-45 minutes and let everything reset. If the codes still persist, bring it to Lexus. You really dont want to mess around with the SRS.

Thank you for the info and I'm sorry for the duplication of threads. I won't do that again. Does it matter if I disconnect the Neg side or the Pos side of the battery? I've seen people say it both ways.

it works both ways, buts it's "safer" to remove the negative cable. to speed the process up, after disconnecting the battery, hold down the brake until the light goes out. reconnect battery
