Exclamation SRS airbag warning/Climate control not functioning

The windshield wiper sensor came loose from the windshield so I cleaned the surface and reattached it and the next morning when I started the car the SRS airbag warning light came on the dash and now the climate control system or the vented/heated seats are now not functioning. Not sure if the windshield sensor had anything to do with it but thats the only thing that I touched. Took it to a local repair shop and when they tried to reset the code but as soon as the car is started the light comes right back on. I live over 100 miles from a Lexus dealership so I'm looking for any suggestions before I make the trip.

Thanks JIM

+1 to this, check all your fuses.

Did the independent mechanic tell you the actual code his scan tool saw?

I looked at the fuse box under there dash as well as the one under the hood but didn't see anything marked "Air bags, Climate Control or Seats" So I'm kinda at a loss.

The codes that came up on the scanner were

B14B4
B14B5
U0163
B1660

Were you able to figure out the issue? I’m currently dealing with the exact same problem, on a is200t. This happened after I had the battery disconnected for a while and added an accessory part to work off power/ground off the battery and a 12 volt switch. Did you have the car sitting for a while?

I found the problem. Check the IGN3 fuse. Under the steering column fuse box. It’ll be a 10amp fuse

This was a lifesaver for me. I added some gauges and used some tap a fuse to connect stuff and must have messed up and ended up not even having a fuse there so that was definitely the right fuse. I put a 10A back in and all was good. Would've probably not caught that without this thread. THANK YOU!!!
