Default Floor jack

I have a fairly low profile aluminum floor jack but it’s still too tall to reach the center lift point between he front wheels. Can anyone recommend a floor jack that has been confirmed to reach the front center point? Thanks.

I have a low profile floor jack as well and it will not fit under my RX-7 and RCF. Instead of spending more money on another jack, just drive on top of a couple pieces of 2X4 pieces of wood. You can get them for about $3 each at home depot.

+1 to the 2x4 method. If you purchase a jack that will actually slide under the car you'll end having to extend it to its max to get the car high enough to sit on jack stands, which is always a little scary. It may take an extra person to actually get on top of the 2x4's though, sometimes the tires will kick them out when you try to drive on top.

I have these cheap ramps that get me enough lift to get the jack under. They have worked great.

I just used the OEM scissor jack to jack the front of the car up enough to get the jack under. Had no issues doing it that way.

Default Arcan XL2T Black Low Profile Steel Service Jack - 2 Ton Capacity

I dont know if the reach and clearance on a RC is the same as IS-F, but this works just fine on an 08 ISF.

My last car was lowered and I couldn't get a low profile jack under it. I bought a set of Cusco jack assist ramps that worked nicely. The also separate once the car is up on them so you have access to the jack points.

I know it's not quite what you're looking for, but it is much, much, easier to work under the car on this, I can even fit on a creeper... plus I feel a lot safer than when it was on jack stands:

I store them strapped upright against a wall, doesn't take much space.

I’ve been eyeing the quickjacks.

I did pickup a set of the Cusco ramps above, they’ve been completely useless as they push when I attempt drive up on them... no matter how slow and how careful I am.
