Default Header install on a RCF

Who here has done one themselves? I have access to a lift, my car has Borla Cat back. How much of a pain in the *** is this going to be? Do you guys have your ECM tuned?

Thanks in advance,
Scott

this install is pretty advanced. requires dropping front cradle sub frame removing steering column. when removing steering column you can damage the steering sensor, and clockspring breaking those you are 1200 in parts alone.

I watched Sikky's video and its pretty much the same thing me and my friend did this weekend on his son's 370 motor swap. (Out heated the motor). Drop the sub frame, disconnect the steering, cross members and a few other odds and ends. I think I've got this.... It's all nuts and bolts... Have you guys had Titian Motor Sports tune a Lexus/Toyota ECM before? Did you need to have the car tuned after a header install? I have zero experience with these cars and have only owned mine a month. All I've ever toyed with was LS cars.

I assume you own a 2015 or 2016 then right?
Pretty sure there are a few guys here with Headers on those years. Another Thread pertained to a Member w a 2017 - where there are zero tunes for (yet)
Are you unhappy with the way the Borla Sounds or just seeking to squeeze more Hp out of the car?

Yes 2015, I'm not unhappy with the car at all. I can't leave well enough alone and want to see how it feels with a little more horse power.

You shouldn't be unhappy. You drive one of the best looking, chick getting, boner rising, one of a kind car on the streets
