its very possible to do it. you have to put in a certain "mode"
try these steps in order
1. put car in manual mode
2. turn to sports+
3. press and HOLD traction control untill you can go into expert mode but do not go into it
4. go past expert mode into "all off" mode
do it out of sequence and traction control will stay on even tho it looks disengaged
