Just a personal anecdote, but my Lexus service advisor at Lexus Santa Monica has been nothing short of stellar. I'm certain if I told him I want the TSB done, he'd ask me straight away when did you want to come in and do you want a loaner? Quid pro quo.

I got the ECU flash done and still having the slight hesitation but I thought that was already determined to be the torque converter locking up?

I just live with it as long as it doesn't hurt the car and it doesn't get worse. I still love my car

No, there's no issues with the fuel or oil. Basically, DougH is just a troll, out hunting for others to pick on. He thinks he's a big shot because he has a few decent cars, but he's nothing to most of my clients. My clients car collections and wive's would take a dump on DougH. Thinks he's cool because he has an M4 and some Porsche's. I got celebrities on the west coast with 250+ exotic car collections that would stomp on his crap cars and **** on his ignorance. But when you're a little shot, you gotta go on a forum and pick on a little 24 year old guy providing free technical info. He wouldn't keep up in the circle of people who can afford $200,000 GT-R builds. Those people actually know engines and are very intelligent, they don't play games, they want the best. And that's how you know they actually have money, because they can still afford the best even when they flip their stuff left and right. Not overspent wanna be ballers.

So true!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The truly "RICH" can careless what others think. The truly "RICH" DOES NOT HAVE TO PROVE ANYTHING TO ANYONE. LASTLY, the truly "RICH" DOES NOT HAVE TO BULLY PEOPLE TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES (in other words, they feel good and secure about themselves and WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP OTHERS NO QUESTIONS ASKED).

REMEMBER, NOTHING IS FOREVER AND THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING FASTER, BETTER, OR RICHER .
