Default RCF Order Log

My order is officially in for the RCF.

I ordered the following:

Ultrasonic Blue Mica (Paid premium for the color)
Premium Plus Package (LED lights, camera, etc.)
Performance Package (Carbon roof & speed activated spoiler and torque vectoring rear)
Leather Package
Winter Package (heated steering wheel, wipers, etc.)
Navigation and Mark Levinson Sound System
Forged Premium Wheels

The based price in the US for the RCF is $62,400 for the non-carbon, non-torque vectoring model. Add all of the above and you have $83,000 with applicable sales tax.

I am expecting delivery in November.

First and foremost, congratulations!

Second, thanks for the info

Third, I can't believe this thing is actually less expensive than the IS F. That's nuts.

What interior color did you get?

It's not less...it's more. The base is stripped for the most part at $62,400. It is a car that you need to build. My selection of options, including the TVR with carbon interior, roof, and activated spoiler bumped it to $83,000. I could have spend more. The ISF tops off at around $72,000 with all options. So it is $10,000+ more.

I got the Ultrasonic Blue Mica.

I definitely understand that the options are much more expensive... I'm just impressed that the base price came in a bit below the IS F. Brand new engine and all of that tech for less starting money is impressive. Even if it's a stripper, I doubt many cars will be equipped as such at dealers and that low base price looks good for press.

So many folks were hailing BMW for delivering the M4 at $64,000, but the reality is that most of what is delivered to dealers will be at least $73,000 or so, some up to $85-90k.

Also, ISF001, congrats on the UBM, but what color interior did you get?

I ordered the grey/ash interior with carbon trim.

BTW: The final horsepower is 467 with a 4.4 0-60 (expect 4.0 runs)

What about DRCC and PCS? Standard or optional, price?

Break down ALL the available option package prices, please.

Sure, but carbon and TVR was never an option on IS-F.

Actually you're correct..

A base 2014 IS F is $63,600 + $925 dst = Total $64,525 (stripped)

So if $62,400 is spot on + $925 dst = Total $63,325 (stripped)

Does this mean that Lexus under reports 0-60 times?

They under report by about 4/10s of a second--as is the case with the current ISF.
