Opinions appreciated

Hi, I've been searching for a RC350 and saw this one, could I get some opinions on the price and condition it's in? They want $28,300 otd.

It says on the description Mark Levinson Audio but on the picture it's not. Better see this in person.

There's no Mark Levinson audio, the description is just the vague copy and paste from some reviewers review. I'm located 4 hours away so I'm just asking for feedback before I make my mind.

I got mine @$35K (29k miles/ML Audio)
Ext Color: Caviar
Int Color: same as this

Interior looks exactly the same as 2017.

Only major difference I think is 2017 model is not included in the gas pump recall program.

Looks good I have a 2015 same spec different exterior color though for 37k back in 2017 with 19k miles.

Price seems high even though I haven't checked lately. Last year I purchased the same color combo 2015 RC 350 F-sport with 41k miles from my local Lexus dealer. It was a one owner with complete service history that also included the rare factory installed Lexus performance exhaust system. Also it had all new brakes, 4 new tires, and new battery all installed around 40k miles. The car was showroom new. It was also Lexus certified and the cost was $26,250. So there has to be better deals out there.
