Default Thinking about getting this 2015 RC 350

I went to check out this a couple days ago, seemed like a good price and really enjoyed it when I took it out for an extended drive. Condition on the interior and exterior looked clean with nothing I could see from just the eye test. CarFax is also pretty clean...with low annual mileage and no accidents reported.

Just checking to see if there's anything I should be aware of or anything unusual that might stick out. I saw another listing but it was at 30k/25k miles/Base package

Listing - https://www.vlmauto.com/2015-Lexus-R...5/Details.aspx

Car Fax - https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistor...wQ_p90O5Jy2Alg

Lexus/drivers.com has an interesting history. Bought in Georgia. Had the 10,000 mile service done at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett in Duluth GA. Than the car must have been traded in and sold at Lexus of Cherry Hill, NJ who changed the oil at 13,220 miles. Than at 22,000 miles Charles Barker Lexus of Virginia Beach must have received it as a trade in. States they could not certify it so wholesaled out to current place in Chantilly. Long story short has had the appropriate service one with no problems identified by the previous owners. Curious why Charles Barker could not certify it. Might want to give them a call and see if they can tell you why. I have done a similar thing and a Lexus dealer gave me some useful info on a possible purchase.

So I just got off the phone with someone down there, he said the vehicle was never in their possession or actually sold from them. He said it was likely it was probably just inspected there if anything.

DAMN, this doesn't necessarily make me feel better but it doesn't make me feel worse.

I think that is good news. The maintenance has been done and no reported problems. It will need the oil changed immediately. Before purchasing I would have someone put it on a lift and check for any body damage.

That's good to hear, are you referring to body damage with the under carriage...I'm not really sure where I could take it...everything looked solid otherwise.

Scratch that...there's just something that seems sketchy with this dealer. Going with a comparable model at another dealer that's certified. Comparable miles/price. Thanks for the help & insight!

Carnage did you ever find anything, I have a 15' RCF Blue Mica with only 5k miles & has Never been driven in the rain or tracked! Still looks & smells Brand New & has a Clear Bra on the front, pm me if you're interested. My wife said I need to get rid of one of my vehicles & since I drive this one the least it's the most logical!
