Default Technical Specs?

I've been looking around and cant seem to locate anything about the more technical aspects of our cars. Looking for something that shows how the AWD system works, type of differentials, what the F/R power bias is etc... The electronics as well, what in particular the SNOW mode does, I understand it limits throttle response but does it start in 2nd instead of first, when does it get overridden and the rest of those details. Is there anywhere that has a "bible" on the RC's that goes through those types of details?

Well I joined five years ago when checking an issue with my wifes old IS350, It had a CEL for a misfire I think. I had a Ridgeline until I picked up the RC350 in December.

Unfortunately Lexus has not been good at releasing detailed specs. Not just for customers, but for dealership employees as well. I used to run the technology department at a dealership and struggled getting this kind of information from Lexus. Even though I had TIS access, it still would not include some information that clients would request. I found it a bit frustrating since Lexus claims to want to cater to the more enthusiast focused client, however they don't always provide the information they demand.
PatrixUSA provided what is probably the best resource Lexus is going to give us and that is the Lexus Press Room site.
I'll go through some of my old files and see if I can find anything for you.

I've seen that information, coming from my Honda's it's surprising to see so little technical information. When I bought my Prelude SH there wasn't a thing you couldn't learn about regarding the ATTS system and how it worked. Even the stereo and it's "active feedback" had detailed explanations. My S2000 and Ridgeline were equally well documented. Just trying to see how the systems work and what triggers certain things, the push the button and not worry about it isn't quite part of my DNA.

Following up on my previous post:
Unfortunately I could not find anything in my old files like what you were looking for for the RC.
What I can tell you from memory is that snow mode adjusts throttle response and transmission shift points only. It does the same thing as ECO mode, just more aggressively (meaning less aggressive :-) Like Super ECO mode.
It does not force the car to start in 2nd gear. It still starts in 1st.
The AWD torque split is variable with standard 30% front 70% rear (up to a maximum of 50% up front). There is no way to lock it in 50/50 like the RX.
I hope this helps

I had the opportunity to use snow mode in my RC350 recently. There was more ice than snow on the road. But, what gkcmilner said is pretty accurate. My car would try to keep rpms between1100-12000.

I used Snow mode the night I brought mine home, worked great to be honest. I was very surprised how well it drove on all seasons.
