Picked these up on AliExpress for $57.99 for anyone who is interested. I put them on today and they look great, I would definitely recommend the red if you have the Rioja interior. Fun and cheap mod. No they fit on the existing shifter and you tighten a few screws to secure it In place.

Not sure about the ones from eBay, but the ones I got have screws that wrap over the existing paddle shifters.

Yes this is in fact the link to the aluminum ones that I have. They come with double sided tape and mount directly to the back of the stock paddles:

@OP: Thanks for the share. I end up buying on that site FR500GT's design but real carbon fiber version. Did you have to send additional documents for verification? If so, how long did it take to get approved and get a tracking number?
