Soon I will be going in for the complimentary 1 yr./10Kmi. oil change, service. Is there anything I should look out for, or to be focused on? Thanks in advance.

I've had that done, and they pretty well look everything over at that time to see if they can find anything that needs attention. If you have noticed something that does not seem to be working correctly, let them know, but usually there is not much to be done at this point other than giving it the usual once-over.

Yes. I had them do an alignment because Lexus covers it for 1 yr or 20k miles. They don't tell you this exists. I requested them to do one when I took mine in for the 1yr/10k mi and they did it for me with no questions asked.

I think it would be safe to assume tha tnot all dealerships may honor this and that you will have to of course research before asking the service, but if they do, thats great !

Correct! It's on their website as follows:

BASIC WARRANTY

"The Basic Warranty coverage is for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Wheel alignment and balancing are covered for 12 months or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first."

Whenever I take one of my cars in for service, I always ask that they ensure my navigation system is updated with the latest firmware.

Check over suspension if lowered. Depending on your braking habits, check pads. Adjust headlights if lowered.

I'm afraid that's not a complimentary service.
