Exclamation Electrical problem

Hello everyone, I'm currently having issues with my Rc 350. I no longer have power that is leading to some of my instruments and I need help finding out what is what. my clock in my car is no longer functioning, I have no power that is leading to my Garage door opener, I cannot lock or unlock my car door with the sensors or my key fob, My gauges are stuck at the level it was at when I turn the car off but when I turn it on to ACC the meter lines drop back to all zero, My MPG is resetting back to zero when ever the car is turned off, and my passenger seat is no longer moving on its own when the car is off and the same to the driver side. If anyone know what is the issue I would really love to know what it is without going to the dealership. I fear it might be an ECU failure but my car has not shut off on me and it is functioning normally, but I think it's the fuse that is popping but IDK what fuse it is.
If this helps I installed a floor light from my car to the driver side fuse box inside and it worked fine until I touched one of the fuse to test the power if it is draining and I spot a tiny electricity coming off the right side of the fuse. I don't have a check engine light nor any mechanical failure except a car accident that destroyed my cruise control module since then. (The fuse that I connected it to was the passenger door fuse side).

If you have a diagram or pfp of the fuse and what they do I would gladly appreciate it.
