Default 12V socket failure (cigarette lighter)

first of all, sorry for my poor english as its not my mother language

i have a 1999, is200.

the cigarette lighter socket failed to supply electricity. i've checked all the fuse in the fuse box inside the car (near the foot of the front passenger seat) and also in front of the big battery (near the engine).

seems also wirings in the fuses were intact

i also opened the cover(over the shift stick) and checked the wires connected to the cigarette lighter below,i found no electricity came out from there ( ruled out contact problem).

anyone can give me a little advise please?
(actually where is the fuse supply the cigarette lighter???)

Most obvious, but not mentioned, this is a switched line.

The ignition key needs to be ACC or ON for power to be supplied.
