Just a heads up, if you're taking it out to replace with a replacement. The dealer sells wiper blade refills that are exponentially better than any aftermarket blades

No, that is not the case. The windshield was replaced and one of the wiper arms was not put back in the same location (off by an inch or so).

They are specifically for the lexus ones, I don't think aftermarket ones you can even replace just the rubber blade.

The blades and refills are available from Michelin, Bosch, Trico, and others. The arm itself is probably Lexus only.
RainX makes a pretty good blade with a silicon wiper, there on my RC right now. There are mainly 3 grades in most
replacements, low price ones, mid range and you can spend 25-35 bucks per side. I run the mid-range ones myself.
I haven't found the more expensive ones are better or last longer. Also depends on your location. It's hot and sunny
here in the southern USA so most blades don't last long anyway. I change mine about 2-3 times a year, I can't stand
streaks I guess. Each one their own.

Thats the funny thing. I live in south texas and i usually get either a michelin XT blades or rain-X latitude hybrid ones. Then couple weeks later, i got a streak on the driver side, but the passenger side is fine. it's been like this for a while. replace the blades, streaks. i may have to check out the lexus blades.

Make sure there is not a chip or road debris of some sort, where the blade sits on the bottom of the windshield that is putting the pits into it. Also rubbing alcohol for cleaning them is good and the same product you put on all of your rubber seals is great for longevity of the blade itself.

For anyone else wondering, it's a 12 or 14mm nut and then the wiper arm can be pulled off. They're pressed on so you might need a tool.
