How do you remove the wiper arm on 99 GS400?

there is 2 bolts that you have to undo

The bolts came off i could not remove the arm.

sometime with age they get a little stuck on the splines... depending on your own level of trust in yourself you can either get a block of wood or something that will give before metal or glass gives and slowly pry up on it. or get a wiper arm puller... also spraying a bit of penetrating oil might help....

You might want to reinstall bolt(s) loosely before really going to town on prying, espec. if you like your dental work? Heat (electric heat gun applied judiciously) is also good to try? Antiseize on replacement, too?
