IS200T Weird Noise
My IS seems to have problems once it reaches 2500 RPM. It seems it is due to the turbo. None of the lights on the dashboard turn on.

Check your intake tract all the way from the fresh air intake to the turbo compressor inlet.That sounds very similar to an issue I had decades ago when I was building my own intake for a turbocharged engine and the pre-compressor intake tube was collapsing under the vaccuum and restricting airflow as the turbo began to spool.
