Default 2003 GS300 Exhaust Mods

I just picked up a GS300 2003 and was wondering, are there any good exhaust mods that don't involve a muffler delete or removing the cat that will get me a really good deep sound?

Yes, replacing the mufflers.

Listen to sound clips of various muffler brands and take your pick. Otherwise, just take it to your local muffler shop and tell them what you want. They know what to do.

Magnaflow makes a nice low rumble. I'm running one, but my system is way different than stock. Full 3" straight through from turbo. But I do go with Maganflow form most my builds. No complaints.

I'm currently looking at either the Magnaflow or Tsudo Muffler along with a resonator delete right now. I like the sounds on both but the Tsudo muffler sounded nicer imo.

Edit: Now that I think about it, I really like the sound of the Tanabe Medalion Touring Catback. I might just spend the money for that and get mid pipes later.

That's a pretty good choice if you got the money for it. From what I've read the megan racing downpipe is pretty good as well. Maybe try that as well

I've been watching videos of different exhausts and I found two that I really like and they have the Tanabe Medalion Touring Exhaust but they're really costly and I can't seem to find anything that might copy that sound without spending the money. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.

These are the two videos that I would like my car to sound like.

Ryan,

I am about to sell my HKS Hi-Power + silencers. The only reason I am selling it is that I am about to swap to a 2JZ-GTE and I bought a full titanium Revolve SA exhaust. While I haven't sold anything on the forums, I am very well known in the community and am sure there are multiple people on here that will vouch for me. Feel free to PM me if you are interested in the exhaust. I can have it off of my car by Monday evening.

Will
