just louder and more droning

my advice, this isn't a Honda, save up for an exhaust , if you cant afford a catback get a axle back (mufflers only)

I know you're asking about mufflers but...

I read through probably every thread on this forum regarding GS4 exhaust and then listened to all the YouTube clips I could find before making my decision. I went with the resonator delete option; it cost me $100 at a local welding shop. In all honesty, I was hoping it would be a bit louder. But I like to hear my cars. I am convinced that the resonator delete option is "ideal," with a nice compromise between silence and sport. I really like it because it doesn't wake my kids up when I start it up in the morning (6AM), yet when it's time to get down to business, it sounds great - especially above 2500 under load.

Muffler delete is very popular with vip cars. I know a few that sounds really nice and deep. They also do it so they can hide their exhaust.

I deleted my resonator on my 430 and it sounds nice, but its just too quiet. I wish it was louder.

Something I forgot to mention was that in addition to deleting the exhaust resonators, I deleted the intake resonator. This definitely helped me get a bit more sound out of it when I put my foot in it. Just another thought for you.

I did the muffler delete on my 2gs300 and I love it. Gives a nice tone, not a Honda type of sound. I've had no adverse side effects.
