Default Upgrading Factory Exhaust and Intake

I'm aware of this option being available. Having a 2.5L V6 I know I won't get the growl of something bigger. I want something a little louder, not by much though. I am out of warranty, but my question is for the tuning part. Would I need to get the vehicle tuned? What about emissions? I live in Downtown Atlanta, I have never had to do emissions prior to this as my car was registered in a town that didn't require it. I want to also look at an intake system. This car for now is a daily driver until I get something else. I just want more of a kick. Am I asking for too much?

Thanks to anyone who helps!

Why don't you get the Fsport exhaust and intake? shouldn't be any emission problems from either. Check youtube for some sound clips
