Im not the most knowledgable about cars, so i need your help =D the first thing im looking to do is purchase a intake and exhaust im not sure what companies to go with though. I have heard good things about HKS but on their website they dont have any exhaust for the IS350. As for the intake, i have heard good things about the K&N which is this http://www.optionsauto.com/prodinfo....r=KN-69-8701TP. i dont know how much of a performance increase it will give me but it will give some for sure. If some of you could just give me some websites and good companies to buy from thatd be great. Need some help especially with the exhaust i want something with a mean sound but not obnoxious if you know what i mean :-p thanks alot!

 

I have heard that the K&N typhoon intake is so-so on performance gain, but way too loud for most people. I have seen and heard a video clip of the Fujita intake system and it sounds great in the mid range and was dyno'd giving 8hp and 16 more torque rwhp which is a very nicely sized gain. It has been compared to the other intakes and has put out more hp and torque gains than any of them. Mike.

 

yeah after i heard about the fujita i was considering going with that. basically i just want someone to tell me which two things i should get since they probably know more than me so i can just go and get it right away. i know it sounds a little ignorant on my part, but seeing that i dont know too much about cars i just need some help. I guess i will go with the fujita intake provided that it gives that sound im lookin for and a little bit performance compared to the k&n intake. as for exhaust right now im going to go with the tanabe but if theres something better that you know of please let me know.
