Yes, they did for me. My old ones were from Eastern Catalytic. Direct bolt on...
Of course now I have test pipes from Megan Racing to help move the exhaust along for my FI setup. You need downstream O2 simulators though to trick the car's emission monitors though if your planning on passing inspection with these bad boys. I've passed the strict NYS inspection for the last 4yrs. No check engine lights.
They're $100/ea but you need to get them for a 2002-2010 SC430. They fit the '98-'00 GS400. Not sure about the 430 though. Good luck

generally... but they are more of a bandaid as they hide the issue since you use a o2 simulator/o2 fouler to fool the ECU
a few things, 1 the GS430 has 3 cats while the GS400 has 2 and a resonator, i dunno what the Gs300 has as i dont own one. so if its your front cats the one rock posted should be fine
get them here
http://www.meganracingperformance.co...-p-469090.html
and NOT from ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/MEGAN-RESONATOR-EXHAUST-TEST-PIPE-FOR-02-10-LEXUS-SC430-Z40-3UZ-3UZ-FE-V8-4-3L-/111782434785?hash=item1a06c097e1:g:fKsAAOSwMmBVmyoY&vxp=mtr
they also make a section that bolts from the front 2 cats and deletes the 3rd cat BUT you will def need a O2 fouler or O2 simulator here if not for the front ones also
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Megan-Racing-304-Stainless-Steel-Downpipe-for-Lexus-SC430-2001-05-V8-4-3L/282473113248?_trksid=p2047675.c100623.m-1&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D40130%26meid%3Dbee619a0c8bd4e438f4c361c95bbb5a2%26pid%3D100623%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26sd%3D111782434785
also if its for a gs430 magnaflow has a better looking middle piece WITH a cat on it

The Y-pipe with 3rd cat Magnaflow part 24321 and 49085 do not fit the GS430, they're too short because they're made for the SC430. I showed this to Magnaflow and they did not care. Mounting at the front of the system is the same though so I imagine the 2 front cats will fit as intended.
