Gs400 INJEN CAI ANY GOOD??
With the death of SRT, only a few intakes remain. I need to get a new intake tube since mine cracked and am planning on selling so I don't want to buy no $300 K&N. But just to make sure I'm not blowing my money I want to know if INJEN is worth the money or should I just go get an eBay China one.

I have 2003 Lexus GS430 and I have an injen ram air intake. It does make a little difference. Not like a big gain in hp but feel a diffence. It made the throttle response a little more crisper when stepping no the accelerator. I think it is work it but the only think I don't like is that there is no heat shield so maybe some hot engine gases goes into the intake. I still like it. I have a SRT Intake before on my first 2003 Lexus GS430 but I had an accident and totaled it. I am hoping I can find another SRT intake again. I bought another 2003 Lexus GS430 and I love my car! I will never sell my car even thought it is 14 yrs old. To me it is a classic. I really like the SRT over the Injen. Another intake is Weapon R but I never had a chance to test it out. I think you should ask cl members how the experience with it. I bought mine injen for $100 and free shipping on ebay. I know intake don't give that much hp but better than stock intake which is too restrictive. I hope this will help with you questions about injen intake.

Thanks for the info! I hate to sell mine, but I'm on my second engine and it's already burning oil so I want to get rid of it before it causes me anymore problems.
