If it's a P0420, more than likely an issue with the O2 adapter. The downstream sensor is reading too hot which is causing the CEL.
If your adapters came with different size restrictors, you should try the smallest one and go from there.

No, the PPE (decatted) comes with a 90 degree O2 sensor spacer that would avoid a CEL, whereas the TTI has an O2 sensor diverter built inside of the downpipe. Now if you got the catted version then you shouldn't need an O2 sensor spacer. Sorry for the confusion.

Wanting to know how reliable that downpipe was for you any pros and cons and is it worth getting? I was able to snag a brand new one same brand for $50
