Default Torque Converter Question

I tried doing a search for torque converters and found a lot of info, but it still didn't answer a few of my questions so i'm hoping you guys can help. I have a 01 GS3 and the throttle response when going from stand still or slow rolling is awful as many people have posted. Does a torque converter fix this or at least make it better? Also, is there one that I could get that wouldn't void my warranty?

Anything you add to the tranny will void warranty. You could get the rear diff from RMM. T/C change is best, just keep the old one in case you need to put it back in.

Yes, a TC will definitely help.

An intake will also help with throttle response.
