Yes this is 91 oct and it was done on a stock car. These numbers are flywheel, so just minus 15% drivetrain loss. The results are pretty close to the Burger Tuning piggyback where I made a huge amount of torque with the stock down pipe, a nice mid range, but nothing gained up top.

if you calculate it at 15% drivetrain loss on OV's 300 tq that equals 255 wtq whereas BMS shows SAE270 wtq. Atleast to me it looks like they're flywheel numbers are more closer to wheel power. If OV hit near 300wtq on a completely stock car then that's something to look at.. It would be nice if they cleaned up the confusion for potential customers

It is gratifying that we have a respectable tuner who can take this engine into full power.

Here are the STD numbers for the BMS tune. Crazy how much torque this thing makes with the stock down pipe, but like all piggyback systems it dies out in the upper RPM range. I do agree that the dyno system they are using is a bit confusing. I would like to see the results done on a dyno jet with wheel figures.

I just bought the IS200t tune from OV last week. I will keep you guys posted!

I run 94 octane here and push 30 PSI in my supra with it no problem. From my understanding he can revise multiple times to make good power, and it is cheaper than TTI's. CDN dollars, makes a big difference.

No dyno will be done, but I can definitely keep you posted on the process. I run a "tuningwerks" box right now. Can't wait!

Nice! Are you getting the TCM tuned as well? TTI has the Stage 1 for $799 and OV's tune is $809.99.

If the BMS power box hits 220whp 276 wtq on a completely stock car then what will it do with FBO? I'm certain we would hit over 240hp FBO with BMS I wouldn't even question it. The downpipe alone would probably do it however im not really looking at BMS honestly. Ov has peaked my interest simply because they are basically seeing the same numbers as TTI's reflash but possibly much better torque on a completely stock car, 91 oct. They call it stage 0?

I've considered trying another BMS system with my current bolt on's, but then i'll be going back to that dreadful pedal delay. I am sure it would make some impressive power and like you said the down pipe alone would be able to raise those figures. Im waiting to see what OV has in store. Hopefully someone (maybe me) can test it out and do some comparison dyno testing.

i don't think the pedal delay --- turbo lag, will ever fully go away which is why I'd brake boost. Now the power drop you see between 3-4K rpm in torque on BMS that's probably typical for a piggy back. So far it looks like the OV torque curve looks pretty good between 3-4K rpm

On OV's website on the bottom of the page provides info on what's changed for the transmission so it appears the transmission tuning is part of the $809.99 price. That along with sending in a datalog to fine tune the maps makes this the best deal out there right now.

Yes, it includes the TCM tune, so 999 compared to 809 in my case

Plus, I get to tune it with 94, which TTI does not offer as a stage 1.

That's pretty good! Did he tell you if it was going to be the Stage 0 or Stage 1 tune? From our conversation the Stage 0 is now being offered which is a low to mid range tune and they were working on the Stage 1 which is a more high end power.

Nope, flywheel. Its confusing, but the dyno they use reads flywheel numbers (238.2HP, 300LB-FT) on their Stage 0 tune on 91 OCT.

Here are my TTI Stage 1 (stock motor with K&N filter) & Stage 2 (Down-pipe, intake tube with K&N filter) numbers and these are to the wheels (93 OCT).
