Default Thumping under acceleration

Just wondering if any of you guys have this problem or if you guys would know what it could be.
I have posted this problem a year ago with no results so i will try again
When I am driving and take my foot of the gas and then get back on the gas I here and feel a thump from the rear end of the car. It's been doing this for almost 3 years and it's driving me nuts. My lexus delership has no idea what it could be. They now think I need a new Tranny. I just thought I would ask here again before I spend more money for nothing. Thanks in advance.

I would also guess the tranny mount, though I would assume it was checked.

Angry I got the same....

Hey dude, I know exactly what you're talking about. I usually get this hard, loud, kick back from the tranny when I either accelerate from a rolling stop or from a a downshift on the road. It sounds like that tranny is going to give up one of these days, but let's hope not! I've been noticing this problem and hope that someone out there has a solution or reason for this happening.
