engine light need advice

Default engine light need advice

ok, my engine light cane on last night i checked the gas cap this moring and it is as tight as can b checked all the sensor connectors and they r also tight and in place, checked the hoses they r all in right and not loose and no cuts in the hoses , now i was going to disconnect the battery like in a post i read but will the stock radio lock itself i don't know the code if it does, will it lose the memory if i disconnect the battery 4 a few min. 2 c if it resets , what should i do ...........

ok i disconnected the negative terminal 4 5 min and it reset the engine light , now will this come on again or was this all i needed to do , any one out there that had same issue.????

Did you ever notice the CEL prior to having an aftermarket intake?

If you haven't, I would recommend checking the manner in which the MAS (Mass Air Sensor) sits in the MAS housing on your intake tube.

If that doesn't work, then take your car to the dealer & just have them read the CEL code(s) that the car is throwing.
