I have a GS400 with SRT intake, ECU and exhaust system. Do you think its safe to run Zex kit a 55 shot in my car?? Does anyone have NOS setup in their Gs's??

 

I wouldn't recommend running nitrous in your car with the SRT computer. You will need to go to a different computer setup (i.e. air/fuel adjustment) to remap the air/fuel once nitrous kicks in.

We could reflash your Ecu to take advantage of the 55 shot, but since the SRT computer is not user adjustable, it wouldn't be the most optimal situation for you to be in.

If I remember correctly, TM Engineering has experience with N20 Lexus setups and may be able to give you direction as to how to tackle this.
