IS-F diff in an IS350??
Has anyone done this swap? from my understanding, the F has a lower final drive. Is it possible to swap the drive gears in the F pumpkin and use the LSD on an IS350?
Yes, IS-F owners have swapped the final drive from an IS350 onto their existing diff. And yes, an IS350 owner has swapped in a '10 Torsen LSD using his final drive too. The IS-F '08 - '09 diffs are open diffs, while the +'10 are a true LSD. All can be swapped rather easily acutally; the hard part is finding an LSD from a wrecked IS-F.
Yup, and buying a brand-new OEM LSD will be big $$:

These two threads might be of use if you still plan on getting the IS-F LSD:

Red had his installed by the well-know Titan Motorsports shop in FL. As far the specifics of the swap itself, it's pretty straight-forward phyiscally; my only concern would finding the right factory torque specs and shim clearances to use.
Where in GA are you located? I've seen a couple 2IS models and an IS-F being parted out in a parts yard around the Laurenceville, GA area according to their postings on Ebay. I asked them once if they had any IS-F +'10 diffs in stock...and of course they said no.
^That P/N only appears to be the P/N for the non-LSD '08-'09 IS-F diff :

It is basically the same thing that is in the IS350 currently, except the final drive gear ratio is lower...meaning less acceleration through all gears (aka, slower). If there is a "diff pin" in the axle input hole, it's a non-LSD diff.

The above is an example and not an actual Lexus diff.

Since you're so close, I'd ask for their address and make a visit.
