Although it’s late October and the mercury is slowly descending, things are certainly heating up at the facilities of Swift Racing Technologies (SRT), located on the East Coast in Beltsville, Maryland. This particular Aftermarket High Performance Manufacturer/Tuner has taken yet another step in cementing their position as the #1 overall choice for Lexus enthusiasts.
After achieving several firsts for the Lexus Aftermarket scene, SRT has scored yet another milestone by turning the key on the World’s FIRST Street legal Twin Turbo charged Lexus GS400, utilizing the 1UZ-FE V8 engine and factory automatic transmission (both modified by SRT).
“We originally began this project because we wanted to see if it could actually be done. Once word leaked to the public that SRT was attempting such a feat, numerous sources claimed that it was ‘impossible’ and that it could not be done. It was at that point, we knew we were tackling the right project and here it is.
We were also able to uphold our mantra, ‘Performance without Compromise’. With the presence of such brute power and torque, we maintained all factory luxury features, including, power steering, ABS, air conditioning, vehicle skid control, etc. At the same time the car maintains its ultra quiet environment and luxurious drivability.”

Using the 1UZ-FE v-8 platform as a base, SRT is proud to announce the release of “The Scorpion”, a serialized and exclusive product, designed, manufactured, and installed solely in-house by SRT. The heart of “The Scorpion” contains a twin turbo form of forced induction that creates enormous amounts of power and low-end torque. In addition, it is also coupled with a modified comprehensive 1UZ-FE engine, transmission, suspension, drive train and electronic management components.
Once again, SRT has blurred the lines of reality and the impossible… “The Scorpion”

I can't believe the excellent job SRT did to my car! I will make a write up on the car, especially the difference between having the supercharger, and the Twin Turbo setup, soon! Plus I still have my race with my co-worker's M5!!!!!!
