3uz-fe has lots of different plugs than aristo have.

body to ecu plugs are completely different.

Its doable. I'd take the time to do it myself but I just dont have that time. Instead I will be taking over to a shop near by that will take care of it for half the price of Phoenix Tuning.

The car is in the shop. The engine is in. One of the guys who is working on the car has brought something up to my attention that I think I remember reading up on a while back but I just wanted to confirm. I'm using a 2JZGTE VVTI with the stock twins. Is there any banging of the firewall required to make the motor clear?

No banging required,
is just the clearence between fire wall and stock twins is really small.
also need to bend inner radiator pipe (passanger side)
need small adjustment to break lines, small bending also required.

wiring is real hell.
I got car running, but my car does not hive Idle and VSC and Track OFF light on.
