Yeah thanks man. It's was a little headache but it's all good for now. I'll drop alot of details in my build thread. I know there are people on here that got it going but Nobody wanna help. So I'm going to tag along till I figure it out. It ain't like I really need it tho even though it would be nice to have it. And you were a lot of help man, thanks!

Hi. I just read this whole post and it super informative. Thanks to everyone. I just purchased my first lex gs3. It's a 98 with 80000 miles. I'm dying to go turbo but need help and or suggestions. Everyone on here did the get swap and honestly it sounds like a wiring headache. I'm mecp certified and I'm sure I can handle the task with the assistance of cl but I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons of the swap vs. nat setup of my factory motor and srt stage 2.75 bolt on kit. The trans I have worked out. I live close to ITP in North NJ. I'm purchasing a trans for 500$ and bringing it to them for the racing trans rebuild that I've heard all +things about. On me hand I want to go for the swap and avoid pulling the motor apart and doing the internals. On the other hand in the end the differences between my motor and the gtet dont seem to be that significant. Srt swears that I can push 450rwh through a stock motor with a lowered compression. What are your opinions? I just can't figure out which way is the better way. Any input would be appreciated. Also if anyone an give me a link to a itemized list of parts tat I need to do the swap it would be great. Thanks

Whats SRT?

NA-T is easier than doing a full motor swap. You dont have to pull the motor unless youre planning on doing some internal work. You dont have to deal with wiring. I think youre only limitation will be the horsepower potential. Obviously the GTE blocks are good for up to 800HP stock. Its boost ready. If youre planning on pushing high reliable numbers then go with a GTE.

SRT knows their stuff when it comes to NA-T, they have been doing builds and swaps for quite a few years now, and they have built some of the most powerful NA-T/GE IS300's out there. They offer tuning/dyno/install services too, so since your in NJ, it may be worth a drive down to MD to meet Moe and see what they do there.

If you install a GTE headgasket the GE can put down plenty of power, you can still run meth on top to help out as well if u want to push it a little further.

^^^ Yeah defiantly legit, I have one and it was a perfect fit. Keep an eye on the site as they often put it on sale, I grabbed it when it went on sale for $349 for a couple days. I've noticed it on sale a few times since but not always at the same price. Moe gave a discount on buying two walbro pump kits at the same time as well and shipped it all the same day.

I'm current running dual 255lph's, they are the typical GSS walbros everyone uses. I'm going to be swapping to DW's pretty soon though.

Hi,
I`ve read topic twice, but got some misunderstandings,
after swap my VSC and TRC OFF light on, so all I need to do is get Aristos TRC ECU ???

another problem is
rev.counter shows too much revs. , its because i`m using GS430 body.
Car starts fine, warms up a little then idle is so low ~300rpm, lots of misfire-> exhaust smells like its full of fuel.
I can hear throttle body valve is trying to sort it out, opens and closes each second.
Pressing on accelerator causes even more misfire, but if i pass 2500rpm, revs fine, no problem.
Hitting 5000rpm, check engine light comes on and green ECT-power begins flashing.
Diagnostic shows error code 42, vehicle speed sensor ??? wtf.

The aristo trac and abs ecu is a waste. I bought one and it did nothing except make my tps go crazy and start throwing codes and my abs light cane on and I can't get it off now. I don't think it's that simple unless I got a burnt ecu.
