Default GTE in the works...

The parts pile has begun to get a gte into my sleepy little GS. I have a great source from work to get the clip and have ordered new polyurethane mounts. I'm working on ordering hoses and fittings for the fuel lines but need to ask, what is the thread size coming from the stock FPR to the return line? Every DIY seems to use an aftermarket FPR but I'm staying stock for a while and just need that fitting to finish my list.

Anyone? I need to know what fittings I need for a 6an feed and return for the stock fuel system. I have a 6an to 12mm x 1.5 90 degree and a 6an 90 degree bulkhead so far.

What ever you do please get a new ati dampner crank pulley cause the stock one will fall apart and leave you stuck on the road.

These are the parts you need for fuel, i got this info from slvrgs300 when i was doing my swap.
Alright, so what you are going to need to install a return fuel line.
90 degree -6an bulkhead fitting
-6an bulkhead nut
30ft. -6an braided stainless fuel line
m12 to -6an adaptor (this will attach to the stock GTE fuel rail)
SaRD/HKS/GReddy fuel rail adaptor (so you can remove the stock FPR)
1 x 90 degree 1/4 NPT to -6an fitting
1 x 90 degree -6an to hose end fitting
4 x -6an to hose end fitting
SaRD Jet Pump killer (easiest way, or you have to figure out how to eliminate the stock jet pump while retaining the venturi syphon for the other side of the gas tank.)
Fuel Pressure Regulator.

That is all the stuff that I used to install my fuel system. I removed the factory fuel line and used new stainless fuel line. That is why I said 30ft. You don't have to do that, but since you are under there, why not?.

The stock FPR has a banjo bolt in it going down to a hardline, which on the stock aristo just had a piece of rubber line clamped on connecting the FPR line to the hard line on the car.

You can just clamp a -6 fuel line directly to the stock hard line on the motor.

Or, if what your wanting to do is to remove the banjo bolt and section of hard line to be able to run a braided line with -AN fittings directly to the stock FPR you just need a 10mmx1.00 threaded -AN adapter and it will screw directly into the hole on the FPR..
