IS3 Supercharger for GS3?

The IS3 and the GS3 have the same engines, right? If so is it possible to use the same mods e.g. the Area 51 supercharger they developed for the IS in the GS as well? Excuse me if this is a dumb question as I am not mechanically inclined. Thanks.

If the IS kit is done, then the GS kit shouldn't be too far off. However things are laid-out different, for example the exhaust pipes and stuff. They'll have to change those.

Exhaust won't matter, accessory drive and underhood component location could. It should be very similar maybe the same. Give the shop a call.

TRD is coming out with a water-cooled Supercharger for the IS300 with a retro for the GS300. Look for it in 6-12 months, R&D takes awhile with TRD.

I am friends with the guys down at area 51. I'll ask them. I think it would proabably fit right in. Maybe a few minor changes? I'll find out for sure and let you know..

I just got back from Area 51 and they told me that they will be releasing the supercharger for the GS300 too.

Great news to hear! Now i will have a couple more choices to look at before i buy my supercharger.
