ok update, jus replaced the throttlebody with a 2001 is300 throttle body sensors and all and and new plugs (ngk platnum plus2) it was also reving hi then low ,took the tps completely off and reinstalled and adjusted it and no problems, i learned when the tps is screwed in place you can actually be pinching the mechanism so or making it stick in an incorrect position so it can not move freely.
my throttle is working fine but now i have all six cylinders misfiring and the vvti code( cause i think i broken the oil line by pulling it) so can the misfiring come from the vvti code or maybe something else like the coils? oh yeah and i still have the vsc and vsc off lights still present. whats my next steps?

thank you to all the ones that posted in my help. you all were right since that is exactly what fixed my problem, 'tps adjustment'. this place knows what's up. now if i can get my dash lights to glow like they once did "darn near off when driving at night even at the highest setting" i would be a happy man!!! if anyone knows how to remidy this i would greatly like to know. cant seem to find the right forum with the solution. again thanks!
