I just want an intake that screams, but I don't care if it makes the most power. I don't want to lose or gain NOTHING obviously, but I really want one that screams. Any insight?

 

have you ever heard the fsport in person? fsport intake alone is pretty loud. has a nice deep growl.

I can meet up and show you if you want to hear it in person since we live so close.

 

if they are open element, you'll more than likely lose power....

Open elements are the ones that scream, and they all pretty much sound the same. Its not so much the intake but the harmonics of the engine that your hearing. So if you put an 18" fujita pipe or the 18" afe pipe (those were length guesses btw), the sound should be so close as to be indistinguishable.

I'd think different length pipes would sound somewhat different but honestly, go buy the cheapest one you can if you're only after sound.

 

yea but does the 250 sound the same as the 350?

 

Only one I've heard in person is my Fujita intake, but can vouch it sounds nice and loud under heavy acceleration.

 

f-sport is pretty loud....

 

lms intake, but its pretty hard to find

 

get the fsport or joez intake, very deep growl and it sounds clean

If you dont wanna lose power, you can only use JoeZ or Fsport (Somewhat Cold Air Intakes). Fsport is louder. If you dont care about losing power, go Injen or Fujita. Those two are the loudest (Short Ram Intakes). IMO, The gain/lost from the intake isn't going to affect performance all the much, so just go on youtube and listen to JoeZ, Fsport, Injen, Fujita intakes =)

 

Joez is the most quiet setup you can get. I use to have the Fsport and now have the AFE Stage 2 cold air intake. It is the loudest intake out of the bunch for sure.

 

i wanna get the LMS intake ..... help anyone?
