Not that it can't be done, but Pepos has proven that a supercharged IS250 MT is possible.
SARD Japan makes this modification for just 17000$ US.
They use the RA62 IS250 M/T tranny, all the plastics from a 250 console, clutch pedals, side brake and a special electronic device to fool the stock ECU.

Gave him the AEM FIC8 on January to study it and he is still calling me.
If you go there tell him about me and that he totally forgot me.
Going over there on September to take the FIC8 back.

Experimenting with MAPECU3 now.
Better potentials cause has the cabability to be inactive in close loop and step in only when its needed in open loop.
Closed loop programming needs a lot of knowledge and more money on hardware.
Give me a call to go together in Grigoris next week if that;s ok with you.

BTW it is strange Dimitriadis has not found a solution for your car. He is top of the class. He has dealt with many complicated cars such as the new GTR. Have you thought the solution to install a stand-alone ecu and not a piggy? Regarding the funds I believe you have a spent a significant amount of money on the car, it would be pitty to not invest on the ecu upgrade.

Not very easy to program the ECU of an ISx50 even with a piggy.
No question about stand alone too much electronics nobody has done it.
Spending money was before the crissis Dimitri.
Now just hanging on.
Grigoriadis perhaps didn't have the time or didn't want to mess with the car, i don't know.
I should pay him a visit real soon.
If you go next week tell him about me.

pepos can do it in both open and closed if he wanted. I think he's just testing the waters right now.

I've got the mapecu3 on the way and Im really excited about what it could do for a NA tune. Later, when I supercharge I'll add the afr calibrator and attempt to completely override the stock ecu in both open and closed. THen we'll see what the is350 can do boosted on stock internals with a proper tune.

Hi Trevor your plug looks good.
Install a water meth injection kit and you are done.
Do a dyno please to see results.
That's the spirit.
