i know this question has been discussed before, but since we are on this topic can someone explain in detail why a S/C such as the LMS would not fir the AWD IS250? would it work for the new is350s awd?

While it should physically fit it still makes no sense to do it since you're in the US and could, for less money, get significantly more power and reliability (and not have to worry about the car running too lean) from just getting a 350 instead of a 250.

The only reason this made any sense for Pepos is that they don't sell the 350 in his country.

Have you replace the stock pistons and rod by after market item?

I think that the forged piston and forged rod will make your motor safe.

IMO, I will order a set of CP piston to lower the static compression ratio to around 9:1 and Boost s/c @ 1 bar.

No i'm running stock.
But if there is a chance to replace the pistons, rods and reduce compression, then i'm very interested to do it myself also.
The car will run a lot safer.
Did your shop sent a sample of the pistons to the factory?
Please give us an update on how you are going.

The reason why I would do it is simply because it seems like it would be easier to install a supercharger on an IS250 than attempting to install a manual transmission onto a IS350. Not that it can't be done, but working out how to reprogram the ECU to accept a MT or ignore the lack of transmission sensor feedback hasn't been done before. Not that it can't be done, but Pepos has proven that a supercharged IS250 MT is possible.

Cool Small update

Running smoothly for some 25000 miles now.
No problems at all so far.
Only thing done was changing the oil on Procharger twice.
Water/meth injection made the big difference in terms of safety and a little more HP (9 BHP at high rpm).
Once again i give credit to Steve from LMS for choosing the right parts for this setup.
Especially the tensioner is a work of art.
I agree that the stick is more fun for these kind of cars. And the car has almost the power of a 350 now.
The RA62 transmission handles the more power perfectly, you just need to be a little gentle shifting from 1st to 2nd gear that's all.
BTW i did my best to help and guide a couple of guys from the forum to DIY their LMS kit through pm's or emails but i don't see any posts on their setup.
I know that one of them has finished his project.
Come on guys step forward and give us some results.
Hey Trevor
