I just ordered my axle back exhaust and need some quick guidance, the guy i ordered it from noted that the exhaust is not specifically made for AWD and doesnt know if it will fit. he ever called megan and they said they dont know either.. anyone shed some light on this???

 

All axel backs are universal for 2IS awd & rwd. Its the full exhausts and midpipes that don't fit awd's.

From what I know, I may stand corrected tho.

 

ok thanks... kinda sucks though, i was getting megan with plans for the invidia midpipe...

 

As far as I know they don't make aftermarket catbacks and midpipes for AWD yet. But I may be wrong.

Megan supposedly has plans to release an AWD midpipe later this year so hopefully they come through and deliver with that promise.

 

Just so any other AWD members know, the exhaust did not fit perfectly, it required some modification 30$ worth so nothing major. But the sound is amazing, real deep.

 

what did you change to make it fit?

 

not sure i had a shop do it for me, they said the exhaust was up too high so it wwould rattle against the body kit.

 

Does anyone know f the megan oe-rs catback can fit the 2IS IS300?

 

Do you know if the megan or invidia mid pipe fits your car? if they do, the megan oe rs catback will.

 

^i think they can fit. anyone have video of megan oe-rs on their 2IS? i would love to hear the sound of the exhaust
