Default My HKS HI POWER is here and installed (pics)

Hey guys,

ITS HUGE!!!!!! alot bigger in person. not too loud tho i dont think. though maybe its takes a few runs to settle in?

Today i finally received my Hks hi power exhaust and bc racing coils. I wanted to install the exhaust myself and was able to do so no problems. it is very easy to install. my advice to you guys out there who are looking to put a exhaust on themselves to do so. you have fun learning as you go and also learn about your car.

here are some pics. I also have a few questions at the end for those who can comment. thanks

questions:
After taking off the stock exhaust i notice their is so much water in the exhaust. i tipped it over and like a gallon came out. is this normal? is there something wrong with my car. its a 2010 is250 and i only had it for a month. i did take it to the car wash on sunday and it did rain yesterday but is this right. at least one gallon. Also i took the car so a 2 min test drive came back and also notice a little water in the exhaust tips.

See the pictures of my stock exhaust. this is a 2010 and i only had it for a month. see how rusted it is already. weird.....think so all this water has something to do with it? what should i do?

water in the exhaust is normal for new cars, that means your exhaust system is doing their job by turning harmful burnt byproduct into regular air. but recommand you get some occational high RPMs after the initial brake in period so you can help blow some water out, and always park your car at level ground. don't worry...

im thinking also that i took my car to the automatic car wash on sunday and rear end spray got into my exhaust. plus i drive like 5mins to work and back a day. i rarely drive my car. but the condition of the stock exhaust is worrying me. it looks so rusted for being so new. i hope this water isn't being built from somewhere else and is sitting in the exhaust, which will make my hks system rust faster.....hope you know what i mean.

Coils will be installed this weekend. ill share some pics soon.

thanks

Just wanted to say thank you for the awesome service from Nick @ THMOTORSPORTS for the great prices and fast delivery. I got it without 5 days.

As any buyer, im probably one of the cheapest dude around. Nick was able to work with me on getting what i wanted at where i wanted. And trust me i did alot of research.

New buyers should give them a try!!
