there's a couple members running the LMS (vortech) kit. They no longer make it. Honestly, you're better off turboing. It's become more and more affordable and your results will be much better.

Don't care about carb legal. I'm living in Tx now anyway.

I am not sure if you have or not, and I hate to beat a dead horse, but did you try searching? I mean other than CL too, like Google....?

Kinda looks like a 1J, but it might be a 2J.

I would do a compound turbo set up.... but then again I'd also do the Aristo swap.

But you get the idea...

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...o-i-start.html

not angry or anything but no need for 2 of the SAME topics going on at once.
lets stop the clutter

Its not 2 of the same topic. One dude is asking how to make his GS300 faster in general.

I'm asking specifically about supercharging the GS300.

I made this thread to get more focused answers which I would not have gotten from a general thread like his.

Yes, I did search. Thanks. Not interested in turbocharging. Been there, done that.

LMS doesn't make them anymore.
Area 51 is gone.
Jet does 430, not 300.
SRT lists no superchargers.

damn, PLP's kit cost a million dollars.

Time to fab one.

Vortech is the only SC that I know of that may still have products in stock, it's the kit for the IS300 that will need to be fabricated to fit the GS300.

www.vortech.com

I have a LMS (Powerdyne BD-11) Super Street set-up on my car now and it was worth the investment. It's reliable, quite and powerful. Really improved my lagging performance. Search and you'll find my dyno number, probably under the turbo/supercharger registry.

only the people reading that thread would know that.

and there are plenty of people that may have superchargers that may not want to help some new kid asking the same question thats been asked a million times, but would share info about their supercharger setups in a thread about superchargers.

Good to know, what is the difference or what throws up the flag to tell you what motor it is? Cam gears, pulleys, drive belt?
