Slow start up?
just got a GS 300, had a Dodge truck before, what is the normal start up time? Sometimes it takes a lil bit (maybe 1s-2s) to start, my truck never did this but it was a V6, wondering if it has something do with the diff engines and I am just over reacting?
Also seems maybe I might have a power issue or do the dashboard lights not always stay the same brightness? Sometimes they really bright sometimes dimmer then before. (the dial is set to full brightness)

it could be a weak batt. BUT...our cars dont have the same brightness all the time...they use the same sensor that turns on the headlights to "dim" the all the way bright gauge lights when its bright out, and turn them up some when it starts to get dark before the lights come on, (even if its turned all the way up) thats what i was referring 2...not it flickering..(dont think he said it did but w/e)
Thanks for the replys
no its not flicking or anything when I start it up, just seems like its taking a bit longer, like I can turn key, hear it rev up or w/e the sound is lol and it takes like 1-2 of those for it to start.
Friend who works at a Toyota dealership says its common with Toyotas as it depends on what clyinder last fired or something to that affect.
I still have my OEM battery, would you guys suggest aftermarket?
