In talking with carchitect about this cool project over the weekend, we are still curious of how you are going to get the stock instrument cluster working. I think it's awesome you are taking this project on. Keep us updated.

No choice here. The odometer has to work no matter what if you ever expect to sell the car.
I've already looked at the diagrams. It's going to be a real feat to get all the OEM stuff working. If we could crack the ECM and load a program for the 2JZ it would be cake. It would also be cake to take a totaled ISx50 and put all the cool bits in a Supra - I would love to have the push button start in my Dawg!
