SRT/OBX/CarsonTuned pics/clip
Took a couple video clips of my setup today for anyone who is curious of how it sounds. I have an SRT intake, OBX LR header, OBX racepipe, stock b-pipe and Carson Tuned exhaust.
For a quick review, this is by far the best exhaust setup I've had on my car. It's not as loud as many people might think, and I've definitely felt an increase in gains over my older setups. You can search my other threads to see what I used to have. Everything is pretty quiet during regular acceleration and there's not too much drone on the freeway. Turn the radio up a little and its completely gone.
Anyway, enough blabbling.
Revving and then flooring
Regular acceleration from a stop. Moderate throttle later to keep the RPMs around 3k for those of you who have a header. Since I've put my racepipe back on, I've noticed less of the "rasp" that most hear w/ the header/stock y-pipe setup. Probably due to the flanges matching up and a flat gasket in between. Better seal I guess?
You might have to turn up the volume a little as the camera records sounds a little low.
Enjoy!
Chris
