I have done the search and came up with these links but no help still. Most of the refer to the GS4 and not GS3 or wrong year. Basically I need this because the previous owner installed the kit and the Engine Light is on now giving me an EVAP code P0441 and P0446 where now I can't fill my gas tank up because it always thinks its full so now I am depressing the pump in order to get gas in. If I sometimes force it in then the pump would overflow and gas comes out as if I topped off. But this could happen at the very start of me filling my gas tank at empty. I'm sure that he must've installed in some hoses wrong or something. Anyone please help. I've been reading and tomorrow I will try to fix this but no installation. I will also go to the dealer and buy a new gas cap.

i don't know much about GS3's, but if you have a CEL and a problem where you can't fill the tank 'cause the car thinks it has a full tank, perhaps he installed the ECU incorrectly.. lets hope that's not the problem, i'd say, uninstall the intake and re-install it, and check all the connections on the ECU.. it'll be hard to repair because it's supposed to be soldered, but if he didn't solder then it'll be a relatively easy fix... and if it comes down to it, you should contact SRT directly and ask them for new directions... or find another GS3 owner who has the SRT intake/ecu setup and ask them if they still have instructions...

I would start with a $4 gas cap from Autozone and if it doesn't work just bring it back. Don't waste $20+ at the stealer for a gas cap.

There are only like 3 vacuum lines that come off the intake so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Call the stealer and if you get lucky when you ask for service dept, ask the person what would be the common problem associated with the car not letting you put gas in. Do not mention the aftermarket intake.

But a gas cap from the stealer and will return it since the CEL is still back on after 1 hour of removing the negative terminal off the battery which resetted my ECU including radio presets, seats presets, clock, etc. After driving 30 miles it went back on. GrrrrrRRrrRRR! Now I gotta get a manual of the SRT Intake manual!
